PC Serial (rs232) Interface to Phenix Products. Currently supported Products Include the 1019200
Description

This is the PC Software that interfaces with certain Phenix Products.

To get Started: Click Here to Download the Software. Next, you will need to download the config file associated with the product you intend to connect to. Click to Download:

1019200 Config

Step 1: Run the Program

Click OK. We will select the port in Step 3.
If you saved your config file in the same folder as the Program and named it Config.ini, then you can skip to Step 3
Step 2: Open a Config File
Right Click on the Main Window and select Open Config File from the menu. Select the location of the config file you downloaded above.

Your window should now contain fields to display or enter data for your attached device.
Step 3: Set your Serial Port
Right click on the Main Window and Click on Settings.

Slelect your COM port at the top. You can return to this Window whenever you like and adjust some of the aspects of the display and behavior.
Step 4: Connect and Set/Read Data
Finally, Click the Connect Button at the bottom of the window. If successful, you may now modify the data and click the Send button to transfer the values into the attached device.

Applications
  • If you want to customize your Interface, you can Right Click on the label you want to change, then under the Edit Row submenu, click Change Label. This feature is for advanced users and can have undesired consequences if used improperly.
  • Also, Under the Edit Row menu, you can Change the order of the items.
